Steinsdotter's "Tåke (Binaural Beats)" Elevates Sonic Healing Under the Harvest Moon

LONDON, UK [September 17, 2024] – Steinsdotter, the London-based artist known for her genre-defying soundscapes, returns with her third mediation project, "Tåke." This track, co-written and produced by her longtime creative partner Agon Branza, recently released under the Harvest Moon. "Tåke," which translates to "Fog" in English, is part of Steinsdotter’s innovative Full Moon Series, a project that sees the artist release new music every full moon throughout the year.

Steinsdotter's Full Moon Series has been a journey through a diverse range of sonic experiences, from high-energy dance tracks to meditative and healing soundscapes like "Tåke." The series underscores her deep connection to natural rhythms and cycles, using the lunar phases as a guide to create music that resonates with specific frequencies and emotions.

"Tåke" is a binaural beats track, a type of sound therapy that Steinsdotter has personally embraced for many years. "I discovered binaural beats while exploring different methods of self-healing, biohacking, and meditation," she shares. "Binaural beats are essentially a perception of sound created by the brain when you listen to two tones at different frequencies in each ear. The brain generates a third tone – the binaural beat – which can have profound effects on your state of mind and body."

The track is designed to offer listeners a deep sense of relaxation and healing. Binaural beats are said to reduce anxiety, increase focus, lower stress, and promote creativity, among other benefits. "Tåke" is the Norwegian artist’s personal contribution to the world of sonic healing, crafted with the intention of helping others discover the same sense of calm and balance that she has found through this unique auditory experience.

Steinsdotter's commitment to this celestial journey is evident in every note of "Tåke." Whether a listener seeks a moment of peace in a chaotic world or simply looking to explore new dimensions of sound, this track offers a gateway to both.
